CARTVEYRA AI / HELP CENTER

Everything you need.
Nothing complicated.

Your step-by-step guide to setting up your workspace, securely connecting your WooCommerce store and understanding each report.

STEP 01

Create your free account

Open the CartVeyra AI workspace and choose Create account. Enter your name, email and a secure password (at least 12 characters). Check your inbox for the email verification link, then sign in.

Google sign-in appears only after the administrator configures Google OAuth. If verification mail does not arrive, use the resend link under Create account. The administrator can optionally protect registration and login using Cloudflare Turnstile.

STEP 02

Connect your WooCommerce store

  1. Open My Store in your dashboard.
  2. Paste the full HTTPS address of your WordPress WooCommerce website.
  3. Click Authorize WooCommerce.
  4. Sign in to your own store as an authorized administrator/manager and grant read-only API access.
  5. Return to CartVeyra AI and choose Sync latest orders.

No site password is shared with CartVeyra AI. Standard WooCommerce API authorization creates a read-only API key. WooCommerce must be active and your REST API reachable publicly with non-Plain permalinks.

STEP 03

Know what each metric means

CartVeyra AI summarizes up to 1,500 recent WooCommerce orders within a 30-day creation-date window. Only processing and completed orders contribute to recorded order value, order count and average order value. Recorded order value is not your profit and may include taxes/shipping according to order totals.

The 7-day chart shows the total included order value per creation day. Top products are based on the included orders' line items. High-volume stores are explicitly flagged as partial reports if the page cap is hit.

STEP 04

Ask AI for clearer next steps

Go to AI Intelligence → Generate AI Insights after syncing real order data. CartVeyra AI sends the summarized store metrics to the AI service, not the original customers' names, addresses or emails. AI suggestions identify possible experiments to test; they do not prove why customers behave in a particular way.

One analysis is allowed per workspace per 24 hours to keep the free beta manageable.

STEP 05

Export your branded PDF

Upload your business logo under Brand Studio, then open Reports → Download branded PDF. The report shows your store metrics, a simple performance visualization, CartVeyra AI branding and a clear data-source note. It also records whether the snapshot was partial.

STEP 06 · OPTIONAL BETA

Connect advanced cart telemetry

This additional WordPress plugin is not needed for basic sales reporting. It can observe supported WooCommerce Classic and Blocks cart/checkout activity and send anonymous hashed session identifiers plus cart totals to your CartVeyra AI workspace. The connector can also display an optional store-owner-configured checkout help card on desktop exit intent; it does not guarantee sales or attribute recoveries. Blocks support uses selected official server-side hooks and may miss uncommon or third-party checkout implementations. Automated marketing, visitor identification and verified recovery attribution are not included.

  1. First authorize the WooCommerce store in your CartVeyra AI workspace.
  2. Go to Advanced Tracking and click Generate connector token. Copy the token immediately.
  3. Download the companion Connector plugin ZIP and install it on your WooCommerce store via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  4. In the connected store, open WooCommerce → CartVeyra AI Connector.
  5. Enter your CartVeyra AI portal URL (this website root URL) and the one-time connector token.
  6. Save, then use Test connection to confirm the secure API link.

Privacy: disclose the necessary tracking to your visitors and obtain consent where required. No raw email, address, name or full browsing history is sent. Use only after ensuring your own privacy compliance.

HELP & SECURITY

Things to check if connection fails

  • The store uses HTTPS and WooCommerce is installed and active.
  • Settings → Permalinks is not set to Plain.
  • Hosting firewall or a security plugin is not blocking /wc-auth/v1/authorize, /wp-json/wc/v3/orders, or CartVeyra AI's REST authorization callback.
  • The WooCommerce account authorizing access has permission to view orders.
  • CartVeyra AI can receive inbound HTTPS REST API requests from the store.
  • For email signup, WordPress must be able to deliver verification emails (configure SMTP if necessary).
  • For Google login, the admin must configure the matching Client ID, Secret, redirect URI and OAuth consent screen.
